I'm at the tax office waiting for a customer. It was super busy yesterday, so once everyone wakes up, I'm guessing it will be busy today. I'm here until 5.
Which also means that I can't take any Benadryl until 5. I am so itchy this morning. I was hoping the Singulair would help, but I took it an hour ago and I'm still itchy. I think it keeps the hives and swelling from getting worse, but it's not enough to get rid of them completely. I need more antihistamines!
Once a client comes in, my mind should be busy enough to not remember that I itch. It's the waiting around for them that makes it more obvious. I'm also doing learning modules while waiting, which can be pretty boring, and I swear they make me itchier.
Having some problems waking up. I stayed up too late. Hubby just left for his meeting. It sounds like we ARE going back to see MBV 3D but we might try to hit it in the afternoon. She I can't really sit around too long before getting cleaned up but I'm feeling lazy.

Right now, I got my server backup files moving. Moving about 20 gigs of files from Phoenix to New Jersey.
All three of us have haircuts with my wife's niece in about a half hour. One of us is having our gray colored too.
After lunch, I have to go to the church and do some recording for the PIGS (youth puppet team). If they have a lot of lines to perform, they like to record it so they don't have to read the parts live while working the puppets. I guess you could say that during the live performance, they are only lip syncing.
Well, a little snow came down last night so, I had to shovel my place and the rents. When I got back home, I had a "hankerin'" for some old car smell. I connected the battery on the old 1960 Olds and pumped the pedal a couple times... then, boom! it started. Yummy. Unfiltered exhaust! I guess that means the grill will be out tonight. Race at our zoo tomorrow a.m. (5K) I'll be in and out today. Gym this afternoon if I chicken out of running the parkway. Hope the itch is minimal.

Morning all. I finally decided to wake up a little bit ago. My DIL Anna called to ask if my other son is at my house yet... News to me, he didn't call to say he was on his way... but okay. Several phone calls later, it turns out that he is in fact going to come over with his wife and son and they are going to stay the night tonight. Good deal1
Now I need to get moving and tidy up the house.

Good morning all! It's alittle snowy in Milwaukee today, but at least it isn't as cold. I'm off to brunch in a little bit - there's a couple places near here with a nice brunch menu and some awesome bloody marys.
Mz, hope you're on the mend...the itching would make me bonkers! Mema, have fun!

This is what I love about living in Milwaukee. A few days of sub zero temps and we don't condiser 13 degree's cold
When the thermometer hits 30 I guarantee you I'll see someone walking around in a short sleeve shirt with no jacket.

You bet, or just go stand outside some chic cafe and you'll see some scrawny young guy in a long sleeve shirt and scarf from Abercrombie freezing his cajones off. That always baffled me. Cold is cold, people!

I see high school boys walking to school in just a t-shirt trying to act all tough like they don't even feel it . . . but yet its obvious by their body language that they are suffering. It makes me shake my head and laugh.
I wonder where the concept of failing to dress appropriately for the cold makes one look "cool"? I can't ever remember thinking that. I see those people around and think "NIMROD! Freezing to death, aren't you?"
Still need to vacuum the downstairs, but got the house mostly under control for my visitors.

I feel for Allie. I find myself increasingly wandering through the "gray be gone" isle of the store. I know I need to break down and git-r-done... it just makes me sad.
