The powers be decided to pipe in the CNN feed to "Sprint TV" so we had the option of watching on the TVs in the elevator lobbies or on the web feed. Looks like they are keeping the feed up at least through the parade.

They put the tvs on around here. Then they sent an e-mail: "As your work requirements allow, you are urged you to watch the inauguration and associated coverage."

We are in a network blackout for the whole day, so basically that means I can read e-mails, and answer questions... but can't actually do my job unless I'm fixing a trouble report and at that only with permission from God. We are being encouraged to watch the coverage.

I tried MSNBC, ABC News, Fox News, CNN (directly)... decided to give up and try watching on Sprint TV. Usually I can't see that because of the firewall they have set up for us network folk, but I guess they decided to allow the feed since we aren't really allowed to work.
