I think if I were unemployed in one of the super high areas, I might consider taking the chance and moving to one of the lower areas.

Although looking at Michigan on the map again, I'm impressed with how organized their counties are. All other states look like the county lines were drawn by a toddler, but Michigan is practically a grid. I like that!

Another round of job cuts here yesterday.  The cuts are starting to get deeper now.  Fortunately for me anyway, I was not among them.  Now, go out to your local Bon-Ton or affiliated nameplate store and spend lots of money and help me keep my job!!
