When I've been requesting my three songs the last few months I've been trying to pick three songs that have never been picked before.  Not obscure album cuts, but songs that were hits that might have been forgotten.

The main reason I do it is because songs don't appear in the QUICK PICK list until they've been requested at least one time, so I want to help get some of these forgotten songs into the QP list.

Just now is the first time I ever went 3 for 3 on my picks!  The last one was an album cut, but it IS one of my favorite songs by the artist.

What was the winning combination you ask?

Whitney Houston - My Love Is Your Love  (A big come-back hit for her)

Bruce Horsnby - The Valley Road  (A fairly big hit off a mostly overlooked CD)

Huey Lewis & the News - Buzz Buzz Buzz  (not a hit, but a load of fun)


Now the question is, what do I win for the little game I was playing all by myself?  Did anyone start a prize fund?

Eh, I prolly only would have played two in a row.  But as it turns out I'm not downloading the album anyway because there's no data available for it in my cataloging software and I don't feel like hand typing 12 german song titles.

My incredible laziness has saved you all!!!

Whoa!  SG just missed a hat trick of his own by a single request.

Hey SG, have you ever heard "Friday's Tye-Dye Nightmare" before or were you just sampling something new?  I really like it.  That entire album was phenomonal I thought.
