I know; as a parent, I can't imagine how totally devastating it must be to have a child die.  I think it would just about kill me if something happened to one of my girls.

i just couldn't begin to imagine what her parents are going through. as parents, we don't expect to outlive our children...

Yesterday was the 4th anniversary of our 18 year-old niece dying in a car accident on her 18th birthday. She was my wife's sister's daughter - her only child. I'd known her since she was 4 I guess. Hardest thing I've ever had to deal with. My wife's family has never been and never will be the same.
