Now have you been sticking to stuff you know? Or have a lot of these been songs you never heard?

Almost everything on the playlist was a hit of some sort. It might have only got to #95 on the Billboard chart, but it was a single so I consider it a hit.

Mostly I pick songs that are from artists I know, but don't recall ever hearing the particular song on this station. Some of it is songs I've never heard of. Out of that, I've picked a few that I actually kind of like and wouldn't mind hearing again.

Yes, wish I had written down all of the picks! Out of the G's, I liked G.E. Smith & the Saturday Night Live Band - Get a Little which I had never heard of before. It made me laugh right off!

Today I've been trying to pick "love" songs too. Not typically my style, but I'll go with the day. I'm very much a creature of habit in my normal requests. I tend to request songs I know that I like, so forcing myself to pick other stuff is good sometimes too.

lol. A small time artist who's manager contacted me back when we were a bigger station. He sent me all four of her CD's and asked if we'd add a few songs.

A couple are ok. Love Comes Down isn't one of my favorites either though.
