Yesterday I spent a long, stressful morning working on servers. The data center had to move all my servers across the room into a new rack. I still have one server that is showing an error on the main hard drive from a few days ago, but it hasn't developed any more errors since, and its running fine, so I'm starting to think it will be ok.
The new server I sent to the data center is hooked up and running. I spent the afternoon getting hosting software set up on it.
Then I got JR and my little project site set up and started working on that. You'll here more about that, hopefully tomorrow.
Now I gotta get ready to get to church for praise team rehearsal.
Friday night was an eventful night in which we saw both Taken and Friday The 13th! Friday keeps selling out so had to catch the late show which also ended up selling out. Both movies were a lot of fun! I recommend both We didn't get to bed until 3am and have been lazy ever since. The car is having more trouble and put a damper on actual VD cuz hubby got pissy that Belle Tire gave us an estmate of $750 w/discount. He left. We don't have that kind of money so he is currently looking at alternatives. We are just so sick of this damn car! Been doing nothing but putting money into it.
Muffy- I almost put up an avatar with that line awhile back ;) Pilot

I had one of my worst nights sleeping last night in months. Probably because I drank three fourths of a two liter of Mountain Dew Voltage before bed I don't even like Mountain Dew, but I've tried the Code Red (Cherry flavored) and liked it so I thought I'd try the Voltage (Raspberry and Ginsing). Didn't really care for it.
Today should be a fairly lazy day. Just ham n' rolls duty in about an hour and then home to relax for the rest of the day.
@Webguy & JR: Mmmh, I love surprises ... @MzHartz: well - thank you (of course, as you might have already guessed from Woo's post, the avatar is also a supernatural-reference ) @Woo: Hope everything with the car does work out alright in the end; and I hearts the pilot too, of course - been hooked from the beginning
So as to the rest of my Sunday: Of course, I didn't get my taxes done ... procrastination should be my third name (as indecision is already my second one) But I got to meet friends and watched Friday 13th (great fun, btw) - so it was a good day.
Yeah, well... I made up for it. Did several loads of laundry, mopped the kitchen floor and the wood floor in the dining room, cleaned the microwave (and stand), talked to my mom for a while, AND made ham and steamed veggies for supper... all while requesting 6-packs.

Hi all. I had some shopping to do earlier today, then came home and spent the afternoon on the gaming systems. I'm getting slaughtered in one of the games and decided it was time to put the game away for the night. Besides, it was time for JD's shows to begin.

Hi all! Great news! My sister Tara told me yesterday that she and James got engaged! I'm so happy for her - she and James have been together for nearly 12 years, having started dating in high school. They are so cute together!

Hey! I forgot to mention it earlier, but I actually WON $4 in the Powerball drawing this weekend! I would have posted it in the Happy News thread 'cept I spent $5 on tickets.

Well guys, I hate to be a party pooper, but I'm gonna head out early tonight. I've got a lot on my plate tomorrow and I should get a little extra sleep to deal with it.
JD, thanks once again for another Sunday night filled with great music!!
