Dylan just left and wanted me to thank everyone who contributed to the purchase and delivery of the recording link we sent him. He's going to get onto the computer regularly again eventually, but right now he's still a bit too distracted.
The item from radio shack worked nicely. The microphone actually went on the earpeice of the phone and then was a direct line into the computer microphone jack.
We saved his Mom's last message from the day she passed and put it onto a couple CD's so he'll have it forever.
