Not to get religious or overly sentimental, or fatalistic, or to buy all the media hype either- but still, nonetheless- what a world hey? I hardly ever watch the tv anymore; my favorite button for everything is the off-button ('cept for this station, of course). BUT in this day and age, it has become sooo important to reflect on and appreciate what you do and have in this world, this life. NOTHING is to be taken for granted. I think that is the biggest lesson we've learned in recent years.
That being said, I am lucky and blessed to have people who care about me, my friends, & my health, I have a job I like in spite of the twits, and this hobby with Riggs here at Freeze Frame Radio.Nothing like acquiring a world-view to re-evaluate and appreciate the simple things in life. I NEVER thought that I'd ever learn to believe that. I wanted it all, and have learned that 2nd or 3rd place isn't so bad.
What are you thankful for?

The thing I'm most thankfull for right now is my 4 month old daughter and my beautiful wife. My family is the most important thing to me. It is true about having a close call to open your eyes to everything around you.

I am thankful that I am not alone. I have a wonderful wife, two great kids, a best male friend who is there for me no matter what or how long its been since we have spoken. I have good associates at work and I have my fellow FFR posters to vent to when and if I need it. Life is good.
