I wonder how long of a flight it is from Phila to Tulsa. At least I pick up the hour time difference. That should help.

Oh. I don't eat colslaw, I don't know what tabouli is and I have never tried okra. no.gif  I know, I am tragic. But I am sure they have things I do like.

Don't feel bad...  I never had tabouli, okra or blackeyed peas until I moved to Oklahoma!  Tabouli is bulgar wheat in a vinagary type salad dressing.  It has chunks of tomato and shredded fresh parsley and scallion onion.

You maybe had me until the tomato part. I don't like peas, so there is no way I am trying the black eyed peas either. I have not tried turnip, mustard, collard or any of those greens. Never did the kale thing either. Guess that is what I get for being a northerner and not branching out. shrug.gif

Fuzzy -- usually it's the bulgar wheat that scares people away.

Mema -- yeah, tabouli is a standard the BBQ joints around here...
