I missed that hour this morning. I did not get up at 4:30, but at 6:00 am. Emily is getting her hair cut tonight, but I am hoping the sun will be out long enough for me to walk Ruby tonight. We did not make the extra 2.6 miles yesterday- too hot and sore.

Have 7 appointments today, but it is also spring break here and will be 80!

Good morning, Friends.

Ugh, its still totally dark again when I get up. How is shifting the lights usage from an hour in the evening to an hour in the morning saving electricity?

Everyone in the "25 Week" event has reported in. The end of week #1 results are posted here. Awesome job, you guys!

Good morning, everyone!  Tulsa metro is overcast right now; one more day of spring and then it's back to winter for a few days.  The Bradford Pear tree outside my office window is in full bloom.  The Red Buds are close behind...

Although I only had five hours of sleep last night, I'm feeling energized!

G'mornin' all.

I guess I'm a freak, I like losing the hour as long as it gives me that extra daylight at the end of the day.

Erica got back late from San Diego last night. When I woke up there was a book waiting on the table for me titled "EVERYTHING I LEARNED IN THE WHITE HOUSE by George Bush". It's a book of blank pages. Damn sister!

Afternoon, all. I decided to stay home sick today as I woke up this morning feeling like I was on the edge of having a fever, kind of a sore throat, coughing, and still with the weird voice that sounds sort of like Brenda Vaccaro. Hoping I can sleep this off today.

Good day all.

I think I did a smart thing, taking the first Monday of DST off.

It was nice being able to spend some time with my parents and sister. I wish I could've taken my sister out Saturday night, but she was a slumber party for a friend's birthday. I still got to spend some time with her too. And buy her ice cream.

And Brian's getting a new job! It's about an hour away, and he doesn't start until April 20th. But, one of his current coworkers is starting at the same time and is going to give him a ride halfway there. And he's going from what's pretty much a laborer position into a more apprentice position. Which also means about a 60% pay increase! So I don't mind the extra commute so much.
