What body part do you hate to exercise the most?

I hate to work my abs. I know there new exercises to do besides sit ups, but I hate them all. Standing or sitting.

My favorite is my arms. I love lifting weights.

I think I like them all, but there are certain exercises for each that I dislike. For example, I hate military presses. I think that's my least favorite of everything.

Abs are the least favorite for me too. I don't mind the actual workout part, but I often feel queasy for several hours after working my abs hard.

Yeah, the ab soreness can be the toughest to deal with afterward. I also have to agree that walking lounges (they work the gluteus maximus) are also, well, a pain in the butt.

No, no eating before. I don't know what causes that but I've been that way as long as I can remember.

I also hate working the abs......but I found I'm not as sore if I work them on my weight machine compared to doing sit-ups.  I also really dislike doing squats.......by the 5th or 6th one I'm saying "ok, that's enough", even though it isn't. hmm
