Which part? My blood pressure has already risen and I'm feeling better.

The allergies do have a possibility of going away if I abstain from those foods entirely. I do have the option of trying little bits of those foods in small enough quantities that I don't experience a reaction, but if I do that the allergy won't go away and might get worse.

I'm finally checking in.

I decided to get the entertainment center and everything ready for the new TV that is expected to come in sometime (later) this week. I picked up a new, guaranteed, insured surge suppressor from the TV store. Our house doesn't have grounded outlets in the parts we haven't remodeled yet, so I had to get a ground wire fed down to the basement and tied in to some newer wiring there. Now the surge suppressor can actually work correctly.

In hooking all that up, I realized I needed one more piece of satellite coax so I went back to the TV store to get that. As I parked, I noticed a delivery truck there at the store. When I walked in, I there were four brand new, Samsung HD TVs sitting just inside the front door. Yay! Our new TV is here! So, I finished getting everything ready. The owner said he'd be available at 2:00 to deliver it so it will be here soon.

I signed us up for Netflix this weekend so we'd have a Blu-Ray disc to try out. That came in the mail today too so we'll be watching "Bolt" tonight in Blu-Ray HD goodness.

I'll bring the popcorn!

We ended up with about 12 inches of snow but its drifted so bad that there are spots with no snow at all and places with about 4 feet. There is a ton of moisture in it too so flooding maybe a concern in some areas...mainly where the fires were a few years ago.

I wish I could believe that...we have another storm on its way...to hit tomorrow night.

I shouldnt complain...it was 80 degrees on Sunday and I got two extra days off work because of the storm. I work tomorrow and then vacation for six days. It should be a decent day tomorrow until the snow starts again :)

Hopefullly you will be able to shovel out in time for your guests... and they will make it there unencumbered.

Actually I'd like to go somewhere warm climate wise that would just be fun to hang out. Maybe Vegas, maybe Cancun, maybe Cozumel, maybe Antigua, maybe Barbados, maybe Key West...
