Lunch, weather and where do you gain weight?

I just got through with a new Kashi Ranchero bean meal- YUMMY!

It is 66 and cloudy, supposed to rain sometime before Monday!

I am pear shaped and gain first in the hips and bun area. I need to turn myself over and shift the weight to the top.

lunch: I brought a green salad and some chicken & Italian dressing to toss on top, I have some kind of yogurt too.

weather: It's 50* with a cool north wind -- calling for snow Saturday.

weight gain: Unfortunately, I gain weight EVERYWHERE especially my mid-section (belly) -- I have no butt, I have no waist... *** ughhhh ***

I had some honey mustard chicken, now I'm following it up with a salad. The salad consists of spring greens (sometimes I do spinach instead), sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, cranberries and carrots, with a touch of herb vinaigrette. I have some strawberries and blueberries for dessert. (I couldn't do the bland grapes again. I don't know what I'm going to do with them.)

It's a little cooler and it rained this morning, but at 55 it's still not too bad. Just springtime weather. The sun's come out now.

I'm a 2 second glass, which is like an hourglass, just wider. I have thunder thighs and a rack.

I am having a healthy choice meat and noodle thing.

Most men I think gain weight in the stomach right? Then everywhere else. Most women are apples or pears right?

Had a smart ones chicken parm type thing, 8 1/4 oz can of peaches (100 calories), cherry coke zero, a snack bar kit kat (2 bars) and sun chips.

Mostly sunny, windy, about 50, maybe 55 degrees.

My middle. (Butt, stomach, maybe thighs)

Lunch was salad and soup with Pambo after we did the monthly sack lunch for kids thing. smile.gif

Sunny, breezy, and somewhere in the low 50's.

Middle areas like most women.
