It's a dreary rainy day here, but at least the temp is supposed to be around 58. I'll take warm(er) and rainy over cold and sunny any day.

Yippee!  Except that I'm at work...

Here's something that didn't make the local news last night (heard it on the radio from people calling the station)...  A man walked into one of the Wal-Marts in Tulsa, high from huffing paint, took a chopping block and a big meat knife from the domestics department, and proceeded to cut off his own hand and arm!  disbelief

I wasn't believeing it at first, but several people called in and verified the story --  employees, customers, relatives of employees... 

Silver and gold spray paint are the paints of choice, I hear... (?)

TGIF!! It's payday and I will have to go shopping to pick up stuff for a dish to pass on Sunday. Mom's having Easter at her house. I hope it goes well and we are all not sitting around bored. When we get together we often have nothing to say- lol

We're talk carefully watching what we say afraid of where the conversation may lead. My mother is odd and we may start talking about positivity, angels, crystals, Mary Kay, psychics.......
Also if the tv is on my step-dad just stares

My Mom can take anything overboard. That's the problem. I don't have a problem in moderation but she jumps in stuff with both feet! When you tell me you have to take a parasite pill on the full moon for some stupid reason- I can't help but think you've gone off the deep end.

Yes that is a true story but I forgot her reason for it

That would be to clean your body of toxins...

My boss at the bakery was into new age stuff... Crystals, Chakras, etc... no Mary Kay.
