Hey Ultimo! Long time no see!

Unfortunately, the problems in the office that I was dealing with on Friday seem to still be here on Monday. Man, why does it always have to work like that, don't they work themselves out over the weekend?

Good morning, all! Its another rainy day here. I gather it will be raining all week long. At least it is warm.

I've yet to see how the work week will start. Seems like it might be a little on the slow side based on the meeting schedule. Everybody should be back today. smile.gif We'll see.

It's so nice out right now! It's a breezy 70 degrees but it' supposed to get to about 90 I hear. We don't have any a/c at work (in my section) yet. cry

I forgot all my meds today. No cold medicine- no Claritan. Go me.

I've taken on a newer task and client at work, and started documenting the process of how they want their work done. its kind of unconventional, but it'll be allright.

the documenting of the process reminds me of the fun part of being a technical writer back in the day, so I am kind of looking forward to getting to work and finishing that up.

Ultimo!  Take your coat off and stay a while!  Howdy, everyone. 

 

MZ, the Fix-it-Fairy didn't make it to my office over the weekend, either...  I think I'll just fire him and do it myself.

 

My weekend was pretty good until around 9 last night when I discovered that our water heater was leaking -- not a good time as Mr. DS is in Mexico.   Murphy's Law at it's finest.  For now, we have no hot water at home.  I need to 911 my father-in-law.

 

Then there's Jacob's attitude with me this morning.  He wouldn't get out of bed, which made us late out the door, which made his friend late.  Then he TELLS me that I need to call him in late.  I refused to because give and take isn't a one way street...  I'm sure he will make tonight a living hell...

Another perfect Orlando weather day today.....plus the Magic pulled one out last night against the 76ers.....Can't wait until Game 5 tomorrow night at the Amway Arena

Hey SG - the series is a lot closer than I would have expected it to be. The Sixers are playing well. For the most part, the games have been extremely close near the end. Makes for good playoff excitement.

Old guy advice. Make somebody follow it before you publish it. That way, you can proof your terms/directions. Assimilation takes a couple of tries. I won't publish any of my processes until I've used a test rat or two. (know what I'm sayin'?)
