On a more serious note, is it really necessary to freak out on Joe Biden's commentary about public travel? For goodness sakes, so what if he advises his family to not travel by airplane, bus, or subway? Does anybody really believe that a person who was in full knowledge of the fact that they are traveling via commercial transport to an area where it is possible they could come into contact with the swine flu virus is honestly going to change travel plans now because Joe Biden's family won't be going with them?

My take is that it's propaganda to take focus off other "world troubles" and the continually spiraling economy, the squadering of the bailout by the auto companies etc.
Let's give us something to really worry about ... THE SKY IS FALLING! THE SKY IS FALLING!
Smiles Everyone! Smiles!

The file footage the news show keeps running cracks me up. Its several shots of people in Mexico City wearing those little medical masks. One lady is standing there with her mask around her neck smoking a cigarette while other people walk by. Ummm... lady? Do you really think that mask is going to help? Do you really think you are immune while you are holding a lit cigarette? What is your point?

Its amazing how many people are freaking out about this just because its called "swine flu". Thousands of people die every year from any of a variety of flu strains. Yet because we now have "swine flu" we better close the boarders and everybody wear medical masks.
