Hello all

Yesterday a coworker did not show up to work. it was odd of him not to call. His sister called a bit later and told us that he had died. This was just shocking. Only in his 50's I believe. His friend showed up to go kayaking with him and couldn't wake him. We used to live in the same apt complex and he has helped us move a few times. He was even at my 21st b-day party. He was a good guy. I will miss him.
He didn't want a funeral but work may hold a little service of our own.

Other than that- my in-laws are staying with us and my big apt is feeling really cramped. I am a bit stressed and doing my best to not be annoyed with them but that doesn't mean I don't get to vent. It is nice to not have to worry about dinner though.

Good day again, all. I made it to the office a bit ago and had to go immediately to the monthly staff beating. Now that we have the fussing and whining out of the way, hopefully it will be a good day.

Woo... sorry about your friend and co-worker. That is really sad. Good luck with the extra family in your home.

JD... it is probably just some form of budgetary cutback. On Tuesdays you only get 5 and 6.

Wow, woo . . . what a shock.

I've been busy today. With the help of the developers, I found out yesterday that the helpdesk software I'm test driving won't fully work on the servers I'm hosting it on. I like the software, so I found a new host. This morning, I remembered that if the IP of my site changes, the old system stops working. Soooooo, I had to spend the morning finishing up on pushing the new system live. I think its ready to go.

Its a nice afternoon. Its 65 now and supposed to get up in the 70's. Go Spring!
