I feel like I haven't chatted with you guys in years!
Things are still sort of hectic for me right now and I'm very focused on this 25 weeks thing along with planning and saving for an apartment.
I thought I had the apartment I wanted chosen but then I stumbled across a really cool place in that's in the middle of 35 acres of forest. Now THATS my kinda living! So I'm reconsidering my options and thinking about moving there instead.
Once I finally get all settled I'm hoping things will quickly return to normal (at least as close to normal as 2 or 3 years ago was).
I drove out there just now to check it out some more. There were a couple deer wandering around the mailboxes. That sold me.
Don't get many deer here is West Allis
The place also has heated underground parking, that might make Wisconsin a bit more livable. Especially since I'm in a parking garage at work too. I can avoid a lot of the hassles of the winter.
I did my normal Saturday morning server work, then I sprayed four loads of weed killer on the grass with my backpack sprayer, then I sprayed around the garden with Roundup to kill the grass where we want to make it bigger, then I sprayed around the house and in the basement with "Tempo" bug spray. That was a lotta sprayin' today.
That "Tempo" is good stuff. Its rare for us to find a live bug in the house now.
I splurged and got myself a Subway pizza for lunch.
Mrs Web and the boy are planting some flowers out front, and we have baseball practice at 4:00.
Busy day.

The apartment sounds like a great place. Deer are nice to watch as long as they aren't standing in the road in front of your car. That happens around here a lot.
