didn't see a Monday thread and it's 10:30 central time! (?) such a bunch of slackers!
hope everyone had a great weekend! the pow wow was fun! only stayed a couple hours and watched a few dances and ate an indian taco. isaac got his swim trunks. Mr. DS made it home safe and sound from Mexico; although, his luggage didn't make the connecting flight in Denver...

Morning all! I had a really great weekend for the most part. Hanging out with my family was fun. My niece's graduation ceremony was nice even though it took FOREVER. My sister was a blast to hang around with. It was great seeing the nieces and nephew, and even quite pleasant talking to my ex-sister in law. Met my brother's new girlfriend. She seems nice.
AND YAY!! Pambo is back. That makes me really happy.

That which does not kill me postpones the inevitable.
We had quite a few days of that earlier in the month. It is supposed to get warmer here as the week goes on. It wasn't even 65 yesterday. 60s today. 70s tomorrow. 80s by Wednesday. Just as long as the sun is out and I can play outside. The family will be over Sunday too.

I just got back from Florida. I'm sporting a tan and had lots of fun! We got really lucky, and it seemed to only rain when we had planned to be indoors anyway.
Nothing untowardly special happened, it was just a good vacation, but it seemed fateful somehow. Maybe my mind just needed a vacation to rethink stuff. Or maybe some sunshine just did my mood a bit of good. But I do feel refreshed, physically and mentally.
No chance to send from work these days. Only night time sightings. Yep, crappy day. Lousy job. Crummy weather. (sounds like quotes from the Eeyore) Tomorrow will be better because it is closer to the end of the week.
