I'm getting ready to go down to Montrose, MO, for my grandson's 6th birthday. I can't wait to see how he feels about his present. We got him a Titan Blast Rocket!
Its 7 feet tall fully inflated and it theoretically launches up to 100 feet in the air! I'll let you know how it goes.

That which does not kill me postpones the inevitable.
We have a cool and cloud covered day here. Pretty typical for May I suppose. I actually prefer days like this to hot and sunny ones (I know, I'm a freak).
I'm thrilled to have a three day weekend. Gonna relax a bit today, maybe get a few things I want to sell posted on Craigslist and/or ebay, and then watch the Brewer game.
I did the typical Saturday morning run to Farmer's Market, except I went with friends this week. Now I need to pick up around the house and do a few chores.
Mema, I saw those advertised on TV and thought it looked like it would be fun.
I ordered a new baseball glove through Amazon a couple weeks ago. It finally arrived today so the boy and I have been playing some catch. He has practice at 4:00.
I got my laptop taken apart last night and the new CPU cooler installed. I put it back together and it still works! The new fan is MUCH quieter.
My dad and his wife are coming this evening to till our garden (he has a nice Troy Built tiller) and join us for supper. Mrs Web said something about roasting a chicken. We have "Mall Cop" to watch on Blu-Ray so we'll see if they want to watch that with us too.
We'll be heading out to decorate graves here pretty soon. I think we're just going to the cemetery here and one about 20 miles away. There is another that is 40 miles the other direction but I don't think we're going to that one this year.
I'm back from the sticks! AND am pleased to report that the Titan Blast Rocket does in fact launch probably 100 feet up in the air! Its a lot of work to get to launching it, but is pretty cool when you get there.
