Okay, there are two different items to cover here...

First, the twenty five percent is going to be less images total (still 25 percent of the over all), hopefully we will be more electronic.

Second, multiple operators, untrained make for a hostile environment if you are a piece of print equipment.

I would guess, only two percent of the staff actually understands the color print machines.
