Don't know what "buffering" is. I am having music issues this morning though. My music is coming in and out sporadically. Has been all morning. I logged off of L365 and got back on to see if that helped. No luck yet. The rest of my internet connections are fine.
The web site is totally seperate from the station, when you start getting that problem with icons not changing, the only way I've found to fix it is to delete ALL of my cookies.
It seems to occur every two or three months for me. Not sure why.
Now the only problem is they ALL say NEW, so you have to reread them ALL Ultimo, in their entirety (no cheating and just clicking on them to get rid of the NEW icon).

Confuzzed, it's definately a pain in the butt today.
I'm running four different players in the studio to monitor the problem. I can't keep itunes or Realplayer running for more than a minute or two without a problem. MusicMatch is experiencing the problem too.
The best results I've had so far have been with the Live365 player, but it seems to be getting worse. I think they may be heading for a crash.
