Hi all! I'm hooking up a last minute "easment BBQ" with the neighbors. We had kind of planned to do this at some point this summer, but never really got it together. Since the weather is nice, we decided to do it this weekend. Was going to be tomorrow, but as it turns out my neighbor Guz's parents are leaving tomorrow morning to go spend a couple weeks in Vegas then they are going back to Kuwait.... SO tonight it is!

We worked in the yard some this morning. I got all the branches that came down in the storm cut up and loaded into the pickup. I'm about to head to the tree dump with those.

I'm feeling kind of "dumpy" today. I'm weak like I'm sick but don't have any other symptoms.

I feel for your "dumpiness" Web. Yesterday was my day. I spent my half day off asleep. By 2PM I had the beginnings of a nasty migraine, so I took some meds and went to sleep. I woke up around 6:30, watched TV for a bit, then went right back to sleep. Got up around 9PM to try to eat some toast, but it was a bit too late for that idea, so I went back to sleep after that came back up. Slept in until around 10:30AM when my neighbor Cindy called to ask if I would help her trim her trees and bushes.

Today I feel like a million bucks, hence deciding to get the easment BBQ together. I've got ribs in the oven and marinating some Caribbean Jerk chicken. Cindy is making some burgers and chicken kabobs and broccoli salad. I think Tommy is bringing some sort of dessert. Guz's mom is making tabouli. I've also got some mixed fruit, watermelon, and a lemon cake. Should be a good little party.
