You're not going crazy, we are experiencing regular buffering problems and in MOST cases it's been only us (not all of Live365).
It appears that for some reason our upload speed which is normally 400kb per second drops to as little as 50b per second after the DSL has been running for a few hours.
I think this is related to a computer virus we have contracted, and I'm working hard to try and rid us of it. BUT, more than likely ridding us of it will mean that the station will at times be off the air, perhaps in large chunks.
