Morning. No storms here today. We had enough of that all weekend.
I did encounter a strange thing this morning. As I was sitting at the traffice light at a very busy intersection just a stone's throw from the office, this lawn guy (truck plus trailer of lawn mowning equipment made a left hand turn. Well, traffice was the usual heavy and he didn't quite get through the intersection. The trailer was hanging out. The connection between it and the truck actually landed right in the walkway. The guy who apparently was crossing the street simply walked up and over the truck-trailer connection and continued on his way. The driver of the truck just smiled and shook his head.
Boss - day 2.

Okay. Who wants to come over for "Gluttony Night" at the minor league baseball game on 8/26? All you can eat items: cheeseburgers, hot dogs, french fries, pizza, funnel cake, ice cream and fountain drinks. It lasts through the 7th inning stretch. You get a ticket and food for $15.

Good morning! I'm baaaaaak! I was lurking yesterday -- had to play catch up on paper shuffling, do a little damage control and put out a couple fires... this morning I did payroll for our Texas shop... Now I can play (yay!).
My visit with Ma was good, but I'm definately glad to be back. And I missed you guys!
Mema, have to tell you... You have beautiful hair! (I bet you get that a lot).

Thanks, Fuzzy. I am glad to be back. I was having FFR withdrawals...
The weather was absolutely wonderful -- highs 80's (no humidity) / lows 50's. I ended up going to a funeral mass for my best friend from high school's grampa. Later we met for lunch with our other best friend from high school. I hadn't seen them since my dad's funeral 7 years ago...

OMG, stormy is an understatement. It is black out there, not that I can see anything, because it's raining so hard. The building is creaking. This is kind of freaky. Power just flickered, I'm sure it'll be out soon...
You guys are getting the full force of what I guess I was on the edge of this morning. Right now its sunny and 75* here. I haven't been outside, but imagine its quite muggy.
