I think I missed that thread. It's great to be back too. I can't get the station in on my computer tonight (the boyfriend's goofed up the settings somehow), but it's nice to be on the boards though.

They're playing great, expecially the pitching staff.  We actually have six starting pitchers that are pitching excellent right now!

Let's think...not yet. I do have tickets for the pirates game near the 4th of July in the box. I agree on the thread. I spend almost every game watching or listening. I'm starting to know stats and the pitching rotation, things i never thought I'd know.

Riggs- How do you feel about the upcoming series against the Yankees? Gonna try to go? I have friends who are dying to go because of the "infamous Yankees". I just want to go to heckle them.

Earlier in the year when the Yankee's were in the tank I was excited about playing them.


They're hot now though, so I'm not sure. 


I'm still suffering from over a decade of losing baseball, so my confidence just can't get high yet.  Until we win 90 games again I always have to assume we're gonna have trouble against the good teams.


It is extra sweet when a little $45 million dollar payroll team like ours can win a series from the big bad $220 million dollar yankees though hey?

No, that's not the kind of food we eat up here in the penthouse.  Wait till you see.  I can't divulge that kind of info. to the little boardmembers, but you'll see the delicacies that we have.  We are running low on matches and plastic forks - so if you could pick some up that'd be great.
