We have a family of these on our property.  They live in a tree about 60 yards from our house.  I've seen five -- a parent and four younguns.  One morning two of the little ones were at our back steps.  Last night I sat out for about 20 minutes watching them meandering around their tree.

So cute.

It is good to know that other golden retrievers also lost the black color on their nose and it went to pink. I always thought that was strange about our dog. But then again, our dog was a little strange.

The Daily Mail reports that the rat was not harmed by Sheena the leopard in this photo. She was in fact so disinterested in her newfound rodent friend that she simply walked away from her meal after giving the rat a quick, harmless sniff.
