I knew if anyone would know it would be you. That is exactly what I wanted to know. Thank you. It was interesting to me then and it was interesting now. I agree with the minimum standard you mentioned. The initial logic for certain standards may change but lowering standards just to broaden appeal never works. When you dilute the soup, eventually no one wants to eat it. I am not sure if everybody knows what an important part of disaster recovery ham operators serve, but I for one tip my hat to you Dovetails.
