I've been waking up well before the alarm clock goes off in the morning thinking about work. I've already used up my vacation time, but I could sure use a day off.

I have this big stress knot at my left shoulder blade
Looks like things where I work are getting back to normal. We've come off a rebuild in Augusta, and another couple small jobs in Houston. And are getting ready to send some guys to Mobile. Our friends in Mexico had an emergency, so we've sent a couple guys there to help supervise the Mexicans on a repair. I just might be able to bank some OT to make up for Mr. DS being out of work for two weeks.
Let's get this party started!

It is only Thursday? The Nor'easter is rolling in. We can expect rain today through Saturday.
Don't worry Mz, I too have been dreaming about work. Although for me it seems that coworkers are popping up in my dreams. I am not sure what they are doing there since no actual work is involved.
I think I need a nap. Oh well. I guess I will go schedule my sales and use tax payments to the states instead.

At least all I am scheduled to get is rain. The rain/snow line is out near the middle of the state. They could see some snow. Yuck.
Rain for three days will force me to do things like sleepin in Saturday morning and catch up on recorded tv while doing housework and projects around the house. I have been wanting to make some homemade blueberry muffins. This may be the Saturday I do it. I have to go to mom's Sunday for my sister's birthday, so all the chores need to be completed on Saturday.

Exactly. Food, football and making fun of one another. Food and making fun is a typical gathering in our family. Since it will still be wet and ugly on Sunday, we will have to contain ourselves in the house. No outdoor fun this time. I have to remember to ask my soon-to-be 6 year old niece what she would like for her birthday. At least I think it is six.

I picked up a Subway pizza, took it home, ate it while reading the local weekly paper, then I did a little dirt racing in the jungle of Malaysia and some street racing in Japan.
That was a nice lunch.
Now I'm back here. As soon as I got back online, crazy IM lady connected to me and started chatting just to let me know that she was doing ok and didn't need to chat.
