I would think the Yankess (should they be the opponent) will be favored.

I have to say that our 5-7 hitters didn't do much in the LA series until last night. If the Phillies are going to successfully defend their title, everyone on the lineup needs to be hitting.

Don't worry. They aren't a dynasty. And you won't have to hate them. I am not sure of the payroll - I think it is something around $120m.

That's what I thought. That's not all that much higher than the Brewers. About 30 million. We just have to start spending smarter. hmm.gif

We also have some good guys locked into some good deals.I am sure the Brewers were a hurt a bit by spending money on a few guys that had the potential but just haven't developed enough to be consistent day in and day out.
