Let's Make Our Own Monopoly

What should we customize our Monopoly with?  How about songs instead of properties?  Currently they are:

Mediterranean Avenue (Purple)

Baltic Avenue (Purple)

Reading Railroad (Railroad)

Oriental Avenue (Light Blue)

Vermont Avenue (Light Blue)

Connecticut Avenue (Light Blue)

Saint Charles Place (Pink)

Electric Company (Utility)

States Avenue (Pink)

Virginia Avenue (Pink)

Pennsylvania Railroad (Railroad)

Saint James Place (Orange)

Tennessee Avenue (Orange)

New York Avenue (Orange)

Kentucky Avenue (Red)

Indiana Avenue (Red)

Illinois Avenue (Red)

B & O Railroad (Railroad)

Atlantic Avenue (Yellow)

Ventnor Avenue (Yellow)

Water Works (Utility)

Marvin Gardens (Yellow)

Pacific Avenue (Green)

North Carolina Avenue (Green)

Pennsylvania Avenue (Green)

Short Line (Railroad)

Park Place (Dark Blue)

Boardwalk (Dark Blue)

There's 32 houses and 12 hotels, perhaps we could replace those with gold and platinum records?

There's 16 Chance and Community Chest cards, what should they say?  Currently they are:
Chance:
* Parking Fine: $15
* Pay Poor Tax: $12
* Pay School Tax: $150
* You Are Assessed for Street Repairs
* Your Xmas Fund Matures: Collect $100
* Bank Pays You Dividend of $50
* Advance Token to the Nearest Railroad (2x)
* Advance Token to the Nearest Utility
* Elected Chairman of the Board: Pay Each Player $50
* Advance token to the nearest utility. If unowned you may buy it from bank. If owned, throw dice and pay owner a total ten times the amount thrown.
* Advance token to the nearest Railroad and pay owner Twice the Rental to which he is otherwise entitled. If Railroad is unowned, you may buy it from the Bank. [2x]
* Pay poor tax of $15
* You have been elected chairman of the board. Pay each player $50

Community Chest
* Advance Token to the Nearest Railroad (2x)
* Pay School Tax $150
* Your Xmas Fund Matures
* Grand opera Night collect $50 from every player for opening night seats
* Life Insurance Matures collect $100
* Pay School tax of $150
* Receive for services $25
* You are assessed for street repairs $40 per house, $115 per hotel

I'm thinking Broadway should be "Freeze Frame." Should Park Place be "Don't You Forget About Me" in allegiance to our currently defunct Breakfast Club?

Since they're not listed, I think we can just leave them unlabeled.

What should we do instead of mortgaging a property?  Use a song as collateral for a loan?
