My favorite magazine is...

Hey!

What's your favorite magazine (guys...besides Playboy and the like hey? hehheh hehheh) and why is it your favorite.

I only subscribe to 1, Men's Health, but for every 1 good or new piece of information, there are 10 pages of just old hack, and then 15 pages of adds between each article on top of that.

At one pt. in my life I had like 5 mag. subscriptions going.  And then I realized they were full of adds and I needed to save money.  But I like People magazine.  I'm into celeb gossip.

I used to live for MAD Magazine, but in this day and age I lean more towards Readers Digest.

I've recently gotten hooked on Prevention... I'm impressed that what they cover in their magazines relative to health and fitness become "newsworthy" a few months later, which tells me they know what their talking about.

I probably do not have a favorite one of these either. On a regular basis I read Kiplingers and the Journal of Accountancy. I know, make fun if you will. It may be some boring stuff, but it does keep me on top of my profession.

I used to really be into reader's digest, but it seems like over the past 5 or 6 yrs, the articles just aren't as compelling or life-affirming as they used to be. Its like they sort of went too pop-orientated and the quality of the stories have sufferered.

I have yet to find a magazine that I like all of it.  I used to be subscribed to Reader's Digest, but I got fed up with it.  And then I subscribed to Car & Driver from a kid selling magazine subscriptions for school.  And then I got fed up with Car & Driver giving positive reviews to however paid them the most money, so I switched my subscription to Women's Day.  I don't know if I'll renew my subscription to Women's Day though, there's really only a couple parts of it I read.  And then, every once in a while, I'll get in a girly mood and pick up a Cosmo, but I don't think I'd ever subscribe to it.  I's also a member of the NHRA, so I get National Dragster, but I only read the commentaries and race results, the technical car stuff bores me.

I am not a subscriber to any magazines but I do fly alot and it seems that I always have a People magazine in my carryone, so I would say People is my mag of choice.
