It can be done. Hopefully it will be done. The Phillies had their chances to go back to NY with the series in their favor but blew it. In typical Phillies fashion I will add.

Oh dang... this is a World Series discussion. I thought someone was channeling his inner Bee Gee. I was picturing the white suit with the blue, shiny shirt and lots of gold chains... not the Philly Phanatic.

In the city, yeah. I am in the suburbs. No choo choos for me. And the regional rails that are here are on a different contract than the city folk. It happens every number of years and it is generally ugly. A lot of people in the city rely on the buses, subway, el and trains to get around. It hurts them the most. TWU 234 has been without a new contract since March (I think it was March). They threatened to strike Friday at midnight. That would have impacted a lot of travel plans for anyone heading for the sports complex all weekend. All our teams had home games. What was really unfair is that they gave no warning. At 3am they went on strike. Usually they try to let the public know.

Have you seen the Phanatic in his shiny shirt and gold chains?

And the best part is the whole time you are asking the other questions, he's gonna be thinking you are trying to get him to wear some silly shoes... not get him on video disco dancing.

Pambo has one we can borrow. I gave it to her for her birthday years ago. I hung it over her cubicle and hit it with a spotlight when she came in... blasting the Saturday Night Fever soundtrack. That was an AWESOME birthday.
