I just stopped in for a quick break and heard WALL OF VOODOO playing. A song I very much like but I know several people are getting sick of (particularly Star who takes it as a personal shot at her buddy Dylan).
But it occured to me that since I reset the request list a little over a week ago JANE'S GETTING SERIOUS is not being played, in fact, it's not in the top 20.
This says one of two things.
Either people request songs JUST to see them move up the chart, or perhaps visitors to the site, the anonymous ones that aren't part of the forum, see the Top 20 and think "Oh yeah, that's a good song, I'll request that one".
Jeremy- Is that really you or Memorex? Have you recorded your drop ins. I know all about that. I have a friend that works at a local station and she does that when she is busy or out of the station doing something else. Sometimes she'll do a whole show if she has to.
We've missed you at breakfast. It's like eating toast without the butter and grape jelly.
