WOOOOO HOOOOOO! Happy Thanksgiving to one and all!!!! I've already been up for a couple hours making the magic happen. The ice cream is frozen (and MAAAAAAAAAAAN is it good, if I do say so myself!). Got the veggie tray, relish tray, and meat/cheese tray set up.
Right about now, it is time to carve the turkey. By "carve" I of course mean maul it apart with my bare hands. Martha Stewart does not live in my home. There is not a beautifully carved bird like you would find in a Norman Rockwell painting... its just all about the business.
Hope everyone has a great day, and thank you for being my friends. My FFR family is always on my "What I am thankful for" list.

The family dinner did in fact go quite well. It was fun having all the kids/grandkids over. It is the simple pleasures in life... pumpkin pies, football on TV, and giggling babies.
