couldn't find the original thread. I had a Peanut's Gang Happy New Year going the past couple weeks. I wasn't feeling it anymore, so I changed it to a nightscape of the castle at Almodovar, just outside Cordoba, Spain.

My desktop background is currently the same as my avatar picture to the left. Prior to that, I had a photo of the Penguins goalie Marc-Andre Fleury making a great glove save on Alexander Ovechkin in Game 7 of their second round playoff series last year.
By the way, being from Pittsburgh, I have an intense hatred for the team that fuzzy has as her desktop background right now, as I'm sure she does for my team if she is a true hockey fan! :)
It occurred to me that I have not changed mine in forever, so it might be time for something different. I changed it to a picture of the ocean somewhere in the tropics... there is a small island with some palm trees. Wish I was there right about now.

Those are always good games Murs. Any division game is. The hated Penguins. Have to hate them, they have some great players.
When I first got into hockey the Pens were in the midst of their years-long streak of never winning in the Spectrum. I think the Pens could've played a man up all game and still not have won there during those years.....
And then my head almost spun off when the Pens acquired Rick Tocchet! What do you do when your team acquires the most-hated player from the most-hated team!! Well, I did what any good sports fan would do - I started rooting for him and suddenly thought he was the greatest! :)
We boo visiting around here for a good reason. If you are a visiting player and get booed by us, you know you are doing something right. We don't like you because you do well against our team. I always liked Tocchet. And you are right, you do what anyone would do, welcome and cheer for the player you hated when he was on the other team.

I'm so boring that my desktop is just a black screen. I usually have so many windows open that I can't see hardly any of the background anyway. When I got tired of the last picture I had, I just went to a black screen to make the icons and text easy to read.
I know you guys are gonna be shocked, but my desktop is.... wait for it!!!! .... a Hanson picture. It's Zac & Isaac playing acoustic guitars from a few years back. Woo, I too am predictable.
