My brother has three tatoos one is a huge black cross on his arm.

No tattoos here. They are against my religion, and against my pain threshold! I did go to get one when I was 17, a small playboy bunny, but I chickened out right in the chair. Now I am glad. I have both ears pierced 5 times. I only wear one set now. I had a very wild youth. And I am with you Star- no belly button piercing. My best friend has one and I will not look at it. It makes me hurt looking at it.

I have a tribal design on my right arm but am plannning on getting a massive tattoo done on my left arm when I decide what I want, im a big tattoo fan, I started another tattoo thread ages ago.

My ex-boyfriend had that same thing Mo's grandpa had except it wasn't marines it was navy and it was on his forearm. He also had this really neat cross on his chest and (I didn't like this one) whinnie the pooh and tigger on his other forearm. As for piercings that dude was a pincushion. I'll leave it at that. It was fun.

I know I'm crossing threads but we are both thinking about getting one it the same place! The first one I have is on the inside of my heel and I love that spot. Mainly because I can see it.

No ink, no piercings here. Unless you count the time I pierced my nipple climbing up on our roof and I slipped on the ladder. All I'll say is it hurt and I had several doctors check it out at the emergency room. I'm sure they were hoping I was female.

Oh, and I have my ears peirced once. I met a girl once who hadher nipples peirced. I really can't fathom that, it hurts just thinking about it.

Believe me I get that alot when the subject comes up. I had enough of my friends around when it happened that it will never fade away. After a few beers someone always brings it up. The people that hear it for the first time cringe.

I don't have anything but my ears pierced now but i used to have: my nipple twice, my septum, my nose twice. no tatoos. i want one though.. i always had to take out the piercings. my nose because it hurt so bad! but still i got it done again and took it out again. I had to take the septum one out because it never healed and was just constantly infected. and my nipple rejected that piercing. like it worked it's way out both times till it was just hanging on by a thin membrane. gross!! but it was still ok to breastfeed after i took it out. still got the job done. i was worried about that. but it was ok....

that's what liquor is for. ha ha. but ya it hurt. the septum is the space between the nostrils. it's like that thing they put on bulls. gross i know. i took them out cuz i outgrew that. my best friend has her naughty pierced. it's super gross.......

That reminds me of a funny story. When I was in 4th grade I had those hard plastic claggly bracelets. Well one cracked. But just one one side. I slid it apart and put it on my "septum" I said my friends names for her to turn around but the whole class was getting into line and everyone's back was to me (she didn't hear me) except the teacher who looked up and saw me. She didn't know what to say. But she was laughing and everyone wanted to know what it was. Thank goodness she didn't tell them. I was super embarassed.
