Good day, all! I'm still trying to convince myself that wakefullness is necessary. yawn.gif Presently more than a little confused as to what the weather is supposed to do today. I know that I woke up around 4:30AM and I heard the national weather forecast mention snow in KC, but when I look at the local weather feed it says 20% chance of freezing rain this morning. Who knows?

I'm trying to hang in but I wanna scream.


I am working on time studies. Certain people should not be required to run these studies since they do not have needed math skills.

Example:

1 paper says that 10:49am thru 12:31pm =142 minutes. And 12:31pm thru 1:30pm = 101 minutes.

plz send help!

Mornin' e'body. I just woke up and I'm debating if I want to go out to buy an ethernet cable today so Web stops winning Madden games that I'm ahead in just because my wireless keeps dropping! :angry:

BUT, it's cold outside. And so very very warm inside. hmm.gif

Well, they do that you can't just pull the plug and not have it count if you're having a bad game.

I wish it would give the other party the option of not having it count against the person that left the game. That would make the most sense.

I've lost a couple that way Fuzzy. Always seems to happen when I'm ahead, never when I'm behind. I wouldn't mind so much if I was behind. wink.gif

Web's right though. The two sides should get to decide if it counts or not.

Oh well, no big deal. I just need to get a cable.

I understand the theory. It is like dumping the checkers or chess board when there aren't any moves remaining. Maybe they can build in something so you can resume a game. Connections get dropped and power outtages happen.

I'm back!

And I didn't walk. Ordinarily I would just because I'm cheap and don't want to waste gas. But I actually had three stops to make.

Office Depot for the cable, Papa Murphy's for a take n' bake pizza and walgreen's.

Now I'm back and hopefully will never lose another game because of a disconnect. If the problem persists then I either need a new router or have to call the cable company.

But since the station isn't having regular drops I assume the internet connection and router are fine.
