Hello all! I am very happy it's Friday cuz that means I can sleep the weekend away if I want. My cough medicine allowed me to sleep last night but my body wants more. I forced myself to come to work because I know a fairy didn't come in and get my payroll data entered. In fact- my supervisor didn't even do the 2 days I gave her to do from Wed. They will be lucky if payroll gets in on time. Anyway I will be a busy bee.

Good day, everyone! Just now checking in. Yesterday just turned into a really crazy day in the office as soon as I logged on to FFR, and this morning it continued. But I believe the natives are no longer restless and I can enjoy the rest of the afternoon.

I thought I was doing so good at banging out the work yesterday afternoon and this morning. But my inbox is still overflowing. I'm to the "screw 'em, they can wait until Monday" point.
Friday is just not a good day to start new stuff. That is what Mondays are for. Fridays are for not breaking anything that would cause you a bad weekend.

If I hadn't opened my big mouth when I was talking to Ken earlier I could have gone home already. He apologized for calling me into the office today. Said since the meeting I was being requested to attend has moved to next week, I could go back home. I was honest about it and told him my WFH is Thursday.
