I'm not too worried.  For one, I haven't heard about these yet.  But I'm sure I will when I get home.  And two, we now have hurricane proof windows.


I think dave already got washed away!  Where's that guy at?

hurricane proof windows!?!? Does such a thing exist or are you pulling my leg, trying to sell me smake oil or the brooklyn bridge??


what good would hurricane proof windows be if the whole structure is not hurricane proof!

No see windows are one of the first things to go in a hurricane so that's why they are hurricane proof they can stand things coming at them upto a certain speed (not sure what it is).  At which pt. they shatter but don't crumble.  They have an inner lining to keep them from falling apart.  Hopefully the rest of the house is as strong if not stronger than the windows.  Get it?  If the ferret were here he'd make sense of this for you all what w/ his FL and construction experience and all.
