Hi JD and G-gal!!  Just got done playing a brutal round of Halo Firefight, and now that I'm done I thought I'd drop by for some tunes, but I'm not hearing anything.  Is something wrong with the system tonight??

hey sandy! that right there is about 5 days worth of grilled food right there! at least as far as the meats go! maple-mustard porkchops, a big steak, a couple of chicken breasts, 4 chuck-burgers.  :) spring is here. I call it.aww

sandy I made them for the first time a couple years ago, because I could NOT belive they were an actual thing. BUT IT WORKS. I was stunned at the combination. really its just a hit of dijon mustard and a hit of maple syrup whipped up in a grill pan. go get some center-cut pork chops. start grillin em and the maple mustard mix in the pan. flip em. coat em. flip em again. coat em. maybe once more each side, the whole thing not more than 12 minutes. bam. maple-mustard pork chops. ;) what I thought might be so gross, is awesome. :)

Thanks!  It's supposed to be in the 50s this coming week so I think I'll have my husband fire up the grill and try those out.

While I don't like losing an hour today, I gotta say it was soooo nice to have it light out until 8:00 tonight!  Now it just needs to warm up and stay warm. smile Today we had a north wind with drizzle on and off.....it was kinda cold out.  But I'll take it any day over that white crap and 20s. nod.gif

wow thats right sandy, you are an hour ahead of here- light was good till 7 pm -ish.  8 pm setting quick. A nice change indeed, but I am way off with the bio clock. that takes a bit of adjusting. :)

Yeah, I'll feel that lost hour for at least a week. hmm The time change really messes me up, and it makes no difference if we're losing an hour or gaining one.
