In a lot of cultures it is perfectly normal to walk around topless.

Ultimo, correct me if I'm wrong but I think its a little more exceptable over there isn't it?

But public defender Michael Welsh said the charges really ought to be dropped.

The problem with this is that there should be a list of who can and who cannot take their shirts off. At least this is something my friends and I have developed. My question is if you do not have the body for it, why do it? Is it just to cool your body or an attempt to be cool? Some people are way too scary. And whay would you want to expose yourself to that? Silliness.

And JR - no way. That is something that I am sure most women will not be doing any time soon. Sorry to destroy your hopes.

I was just kidding anyway Confuzzed.

Shirtless women everywhere would not be a good idea.

I was driving home one night around 11 pm and there was a shirtless woman crossing the street in front of my car. She was trying to cover herself up with her arms. I could only imagine what led to her being out at 11 pm, shirtless (and bra-less for that matter) crossing a major street.

Now that I'm on the road all day, I see a lotta scantily clad folks, particularly in the downtown area this time of year.

I'm always amazed at the guts some people have to dress that way.

Only a select few can pull off the super-tight jeans, or the midriff baring shirts, etc.

Our area is now reaching 112 or better every day. I see a lot of shirtless people. But call me a prude--I think it is rude. The only time I am shirtless is in the walled back yard at the pool. I have a neighbor that thinks he is an Adonis. He is never with shirt this time of year and wears the skimpiest shorts. I was walking with my 12 year old and the dog around the block yesterday. There he was in his yard--and my daughter says dad--look he's poking out. I yelled something to him, but he did not seem to care. He probably was hoping for the attention. He does have a very sculpted body--but sorry that is just too much for me.

No one should be shirtless in public. I don't care how hot it gets--I sometimes think a tank top pushes it.

I am not working today, so in JR's honor, I will go topless today. I just hope that the UPS driver will recover when he brings us a package later. I do believe that I can carry it off though!

Fuzz, I am totally kidding. I told my husband before we married, I do not care if we have been married for fifty years- you go to a strip club and I am gone! I am very anti body exposing. I believe that invites unwelcome advances and gives out the wrong message. It makes guys look and it makes me uncomfortable. My husband needs horse blinders when we go to the beach, because I get insecure and upset. It is just a weird quirk, but it really bothers me!

Actually, if you're in a relationship it's EXTREMELY rude to be checking out the opposite sex while you're with your significant other. It kind of is a slap in the face.

Oh trust me he does not check out other women, I just think he does. It is normally just simple people watching, I just tend to be insecure. He knew that though before he married me, so if it bothers him how I act-- his fault! Anyway, he is 42 and I am 35, he feels lucky to be robbing the cradle!

You got it D! I'm not very jealous, and he's even less so, so we have a good relationship.

So yeah, I think just about anyone can walk around topless, with the exception of people who you don't want to see fully clothed, but that's an even bigger problem.

If girls are going to go topless does that mean the waitresses at Hooters will have to carry 2 trays ? 1 for the food and the other for their s all rite enuff of that. Why would they want to ? is it for the attention ? To make them feel special ? I am all for topless friday! 'cept it would be all the people who really, really, really shouldn't be walking around without a shirt that I fear would take full advantage of this.

I saw a report on the news once about a nudist beach here in wisconsin. They were interviewing people who go there, & they had the strategically placed pixels on screen and all- but let me tell you there was not one instance where a hot little- sumthin-sumthin made JD go OH LA LAAAA. It was all EEEwwwwwwwww!

Sparky, yeah we are fairly open minded about these things over here, obviosuly its only men who walk around topless more's the pity but yeah if its a nice hot day you will see lots of topless men of all shapes and sizes walking around.
