Drag our butts out of bed? And what do you do all day?
I'm tuned in all day from work, 8:30-5 or so, Eastern. Sometimes I tune in from home, but it's been rare since we've had an Xbox in the house. If I can figure out how to stream the station through the Xbox, I'll listen to it more. (How's this for irony?: Live365 stations can be streamed through the Xbox now. Go figure.)
I'm on Eastern time; one hour ahead of WI time. Sometimes I tune in in the mornings around 8:30-9:00 for an hour or two. But I usually prefer to tune in at night around 8:00 and I'll be tuned in for a couple of hours even if I'm not here on the forum. I like the station better at night. And of course on Sunday nights for JD's shows......9:00 to 11:00 my time.
I'm too random to count. My listening depends on what else I have to listen to (like new podcasts), and even more so by my mood for the day. Many days, I go all day long and don't have any noise on at all.
I tune in every day during the week, and usually at least a couple of weeknights and a weekend day lately.
I just can;t stand to listen to regular radio anymore - too many commercials and too much chatter from DJs. However, I do like it when you get on the air JR, so don;t hesitate to do that whenever you want!

I still listen to a traditional radio station when I get ready in the mornings. It's nice to have the news, weather, etc.
I don't necessarily mind commercials and DJs as long as they're about something I care about. I find the trivia contests and things like that fun, even when I don't participate.
Well in that case maybe 3 days a week for me. Two is probably the average.
Hate to say it but the rest of the time I've usually got a local rock station playing when I'm home during the day.
I hear you, no need to feel bad about it.
There's a lot of options out there and I don't blame anyone for choosing one of them over us.
Truth is I only listen about 4 or 5 hours a week. Usually one or two nights a week at work I'll tune in while I work.
I don't want to offend anyone, but I like FFR more at night after all the daytime requests are done playing. It's not that I don't like the music others request....I'd just rather listen to the auto queue, whatever comes up, ya know? Bigger variety of music this way, at least in my opinion.
Before this job, I was 8-4:30 M-F. Now... I have NO rhyme or reason, I NEED to keep MSNBC on but sometimes turn it off on slow market days, I would say I average 5 hours during the week more often than not, in the mornings,
