Don't worry, you know that us Phillies fans have been there before. And for a super long time. We don't have 126 years of baseball experience and over 10,000 loses for nothing.

Going my first (and last) Spring Training game on Friday...as my Mets invade Tropicana Field to take on the Rays for the only time this year. I liked it so much better when they just did interleague play within the same division/other league. That way the Mets made it to St. Pete every other year....now it's like every 3-4 years...so I gotta take in an exhibition game.....
Hey SG - did the Mets sign some guys in the offseason? Or are they going with the young guys and hoping the others are fully healed and don't break again this season?

I think the Phillies like to rough up Suppan, don't they?
lol. I think EVERYONE likes to rough up Suppan. He's been awful. Too bad too, because he's one of the nicest guys to ever wear a Brewers uniform.
I'll tell you what though Fuzzy, your team and Suppan broke my baseball heart! The one and only playoff game I've ever been to and probably ever will (without season tickets they're next to impossible to get) and you ruined it
During the first inning I was actually choked up seeing the excitement and Brewer pride in the stands around me. Suppan gave up homers and runs so fast that we got to enjoy about two innings of hope before it was a blowout.
Such a bad, bad game.
I remember sitting in my seat from innings 3 - 7 just stewing in anger at Soup.
Yeah, Sheets would be top 10, but he did pay dividends at times.
I was personally there to see two amazing shutouts by him with double digit K's in each.
When he was healthy he was dominant. But if we make a list of the most-injured (often in ridiculous ways) he wins hands-down.
Never in 30 years of watching baseball have I seen a guy take himself out of so many games because of a blister, or tenderness, or "just not feeling right". That's when I really started to question his heart. Most pitchers will fight to stay in a game, Sheets routinely took HIMSELF out because of some of the smallest issues.
And don't feel bad, the only playoff game I attended was the first game against the Rockies three years ago when the Rockies came in and embarrased the Phillies in the Wildcard.
