Yeah, you're not coming through here either Ray, but when I go to the image URL I can see it. Perhaps that site doesn't allow hotlinking either. Do you need someone to host that image for you?
I don't know. I'm on rural power here at the office. I just paid my bill at noon so that's not it.
It's probably a shorted line somewhere. I think that because I know that when a circuit breaker blows on the main line, it waits a few seconds and tries to energize again for three times. After it went out, the blinked on very shortly three times so I suspect the main line is cut/grounded somewhere. There are a couple new houses going up about a mile from me, don't know if it's related to getting them power or their digging, etc.
Okay. But just so you understand, you are all on your own for the dark and cold part. I am wondering if you came up out of the basement for a while if that would help the dark thing.

But, with my business being web based, I need to stay connected. I keep this dialup account just for this reason, backup and emergency. I can dail up through my cell phone with my laptop too but that is even more painful as it only runs about 14k. It works in a pinch though for email and things when needed.
I understand that Alltel has a internet card that will plug into the PCI slot on a laptop and keep you online as long as you have cell service. It's $70/month but not available here yet as Alltel bought out Cellular One and can't make the upgrades until that buyout is all complete.
While typing that, my electricity came back on! Whoo Hoo! I can hang up the dialup and get back on DSL now.
