I've a nice bottle of single malt Scotch waiting for me at home.  Also a whole lot of home made wine, but that's only if I want to sleep really well.

True dego red, Zinfandel.  No, Zinfandel is not the wimpy blush stuff that most people think of.  It is a red wine that is dryer and richer than Chianti.  It must be drunk in moderation.

Most people think of White Zinfandel.  Personally, I'm picky when it comes to my Zinfandel, I don't necessarily like the peppery flavor.  It seems like that would be a hard wine to make at home.  How did yours come out?

If you put your pepermint Schnapps in a mouth wash bottle they will never know the difference!

Or just drink the mouth wash.  Mostly alcahol anyways.


 MZ, wine is actually very easy to make, just time consuming.  If you buy good grapes, you get good wine.  You are right about the peppery taste, it's what adds to the dryness.  The trick to get around that is let it sit a long time.  As Zinfandel ages it actually becomes more of a brandy.

      A great afternoon indeed !   Just got my paper work back from the state . I am now in buisness for myself !!   Did I mention I was in construction ?    By the way , Dennis did more damage around here than 1st thought ,  beach houses are a mess, so are alot of the condos ,2 counties over  got  creamed
