Can't remember how much personal stuff has been shared with my FFR friends over the last year, so I'll start from the beginning and just give a very condensed version.
Met him at a business networking luncheon. Tall, handsome, well dressed, with the prettiest smile EVER. I'll just say it, he's yummy!! Anyway... mentioned to the organizer after the event that he was the first guy that had ever caught my attention there before. She agreed and I anxiously waited each week for him to return.
After six weeks of noshow, he sent an e-mail to the weekly organizer that he should be taken off of the distribution list because he had a sales rep now covering that area and wouldn't be attending anymore.
She tells him that she hates that because there was a certain someone that had hoped to see him again. She asked if he had begun dating yet since his divorce. He said he hadn't but wouldn't like to. So... she gave him my number.
After our second date we realized that we had gone to the same small Christian University in Nashville and had belonged to brother/sister social club. We never crossed paths because he's two years older and had already started dating the girl he would marry who attended a different school, he was living off campus, and working full time.
We've been dating now for 14 months. He's my perfect match, I don't think a computer could have matched us up any better. Our morals, interests, goals, and personalities are all very similar. We just bought a home and are getting married there this evening with my parents and our children present.
Tomorrow we leave for Cancun. As such... I won't be tuning in for the last broadcast, but... I want all of you all to know that I have truly enjoyed my Freeze Frame Radio experience. You all have been a great friend to me over the last five years. You were with me during my darkest days of the divorce, and I want you all to know that I have come across on the other side better and happier.
