I hate to get technical here, but are we talking hard or soft ice cream? Because it does matter. I thought you were talking about soft but I needed to make sure.


For any ice cream it does matter what mood I am in too.

well ok- lets go with the hard. I used to sling ice-cream- actually it was custard- in high school. no little soft serve dinky machines there! recipies mixed from scratch!

my ultimate fav is ben and jerries new york super fudge chunk....  wicked evil bad for you... but so good.   I am not big on sweets, but if i am going to do, i go hole hog.    it is like candy bars in a cup of chocolate ice cream.
