I love it! its not even close to PRE-SEASON and yet the trash talk is never really that far away!!!!


OK- a friendly wager- I know you are a Bear fan, but you like in FLA- so- how 'bout this-


Bear have a better record than the Pack, and I get a case of Florida oranges shipped to the station.


On the off chance its visa-versa (...as if!)- the station sends you a big wheel of cheese! cheddar, swiss, limburger(?) ?

MzHartz - they travel worse than pretzels. Now, if you were to come here, that is a different story.


I forgot. Tastykakes are a local thing and not many people out of this area know of them but they have been around forever. I was trying to explain that to Dylan once. Just trust me when I say they are very enjoyable. If you have a chance, take a look at the website. I think it is tastykake.com

All right, let me qualify by saying that my favorite team is the Blackhawks, but this seems to be a ploy to get the football rivalry kicked into gear, AGAIN!


So what say I put a Chicago deep dish in on the Pack/Bear bet?  Packers end with a better record, I'll send one.  Bears end up with a better record, I want a case of Johnsonville Chedderwurst sent down here.

Chocolate Charlie is made by a candy company in N. Indiana every Christmas season.  It's chocolate and big marshmellows and peanuts all mixed together and poured into a box.  You have to cut it to get a peice out.  It is the most addicting thing ever!  If the Packers or Bears win, I would be happy to send a box to the station or to Star.


If we get this organized, this could work...

Star, that's what I said!  JD has it turned around in his initial bet post.  Thank you, JD for offering to keep this striaght.  I propose that this be a winner take all situation.  Only the team at the top gets the goodies.  Number 3 does not have to shell out to 1 and 2, just 1.


You know what stinks?  This thread would be so easy for a tag, and I can't.
